Abstract

Properties of soluble thiamine triphosphatase (ThTPase), adenosine triphosphatase, nucleoside triphosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activities in bovine kidney were compared. ThTPase and the other phosphatases differed clearly in their pH-dependences, K(m) and molecular masses.
