Abstract
Renal enzymuria was measured in hemophiliacs: enzymes of tubular epithelium, associated with cytomembrane, lysosomal, cytosolic, marker of glomerular defect. The enzymological markers indicated impairment of nephron tubular component in all the examinees. Patients with hematuria had also defects in glomerular apparatus.
