Abstract

Antigen binding activities of 25 kinds of filter papers, including nitrocellulose (NC), nylon or polyvinylidine difluoride (PVDF), in the binding of 5 viruses, 3 bacteria, 2 mycoplasmas and 1 chicken serum protein antigens in dot immunoassay were compared.
