Abstract
The aim of this study is to report two similar cases with an ≪accessory biliary duct≫ confluent to the main pancreatic duct. There was pancreatic juice inside the ≪gallbladder≫. There was no connection between ≪accessory biliary duct≫ and intra or extrahepatic biliary ducts.
