On the other hand, 9-(beta-D-arabinofuranosyl)-2-(p-n-butylphenyl)guanine 5'-triphosphate (BuParaGTP) showed no inhibition, even though 9-(beta-D-arabinofuranosyl)guanine 5'-triphosphate (araGTP) is a potent inhibitor of telomerase.
