The thrombotic segment and the rest of the coronary tree were free of atherosclerosis. The patient was treated with intravenous tirofiban, a glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitor. Abstract
We report a 64-year-old Turkish man who presented with unstable angina pectoris.
