Abstract

Objective: To investigate the correlation between spleen deficiency syndrome in colorectal carcinoma and bcl-2 gene expression, and observe the regulatory effect of Jianpikangfu decoction.

目的:探讨结直肠癌脾虚证与bcl-2基因表达的关系,并观察健脾康复汤的调节作用。方法:将45例晚期大肠癌脾虚患者随机分为健脾康复汤治疗组加西药对症治疗和对照组加西药对症治疗。检测治疗前后肿瘤组织唾液淀粉酶活性及bcl-2表达。结果:健脾康复汤联合西药治疗对唾液淀粉酶活性降低的抑制作用比单用西药治疗更明显(t=7.822, p)。结论:健脾康复汤能抑制结直肠癌脾虚证患者唾液淀粉酶活性降低,调节bcl-2基因表达。
