Abstract
Post surgical pain is a histonic reality. At the beginning of eighteen century (18th), morphine was used for the first time in analgesic aim. Post surgical pain is a reality for which takes care of it. The impact of pain pain post surgical in Europe is between 31 to 75% as for pain softened instinct, any type of mergened surgery.
