The patient had a unilateral left leg oedema and stasing ulcer. Examinations revealed an abdominal pulsate mass. Echography and T scan showed a right common iliac artery aneurysm and compression of the left iliac vein. Surgery was resected aneurism and replaced vascular prosthesis. Abstract
