We retrospectively analyzed the clinical outcomes of these patients.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Of them, 5 cases were diagnosed with cervical schwannomas, 9 with thoracic schwannomas, and 8 with lumbar schwannomas. All the tumors including two dumbbell schwannomas were totally removed without major complications. Postoperatively, all patients were followed up from 6 to 36 months. Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficiency of hemi-semi laminectomy approach for the microsurgical treatment of spinal schwannomas.

Methods: A total of 22 patients underwent hemi-semi laminectomy for the microsurgical removal of spinal schwannomas during a period of 2009 and 2011 in Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University. We retrospectively analyzed the clinical outcomes of these patients.

半-半椎板切除术在脊柱神经鞘瘤显微外科治疗中的应用。
目的:评价半-半椎板切除入路治疗脊髓神经鞘瘤的安全性和有效性。方法:2009年至2011年南通大学附属医院行半半椎板切除术显微外科切除脊髓神经鞘瘤患者22例。我们回顾性分析了这些患者的临床结果。结果:其中颈神经鞘瘤5例,胸神经鞘瘤9例,腰椎神经鞘瘤8例。包括2例哑铃神经鞘瘤在内的所有肿瘤均被完全切除,无重大并发症。术后随访6 ~ 36个月。症状体征明显改善,无肿瘤复发及脊柱畸形发生。结论:半-半椎板切除术是一种安全有效的脊髓神经鞘瘤切除方法。
