The ForeseeHome is a PHP device designed for home use by patients. Regular use alerts retina specialists and patients of detected changes and allows patients to come in for visits when CNV begins or recurs. Abstract

Early treatment for choroidal neovascularization (CNV) is an important part of preserving visual function for patients with age-related macular degeneration. Preferential hyperacuity perimetry (PHP) provides high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity for detecting changes in lesions in diagnostic and treatment stages. The ForeseeHome is a PHP device designed for home use by patients.
