We present this fracture in a 26 year old with a type I Pipkin fracture treated with closed reduction and percutaneous k-wire fixation. Abstract
Pipkin fracture is the fracture of the head of the femur. It can be associated with neck of femur fracture or/and posterior dislocation of the hip.
