Moreover, the management of close contacts (household and healthcare workers) of patient with such a pneumonia is not well-known. Abstract
Panton-Valentine leukocidin-producing Staphylococcus aureus necrotizing pneumonia is an unusual cause of community-acquired pneumonia associated with a high fatality rate.
