系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种慢性异质性自身免疫性疾病,其特征是对自身抗原的耐受性丧失、补体激活、1型IFN反应失调和免疫介导的组织损伤。SLE的临床特征是多形性的,几乎影响任何器官系统,如皮肤、关节、中枢神经系统或肾脏。目前,SLE的病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚。一般认为SLE与遗传因素、免疫异常、性激素、环境因素有关,主要由遗传和环境相互作用引起,是具有多种易感基因的复杂疾病。因此,通过分子遗传学方法鉴定SLE易感位点,可以为识别SLE易感个体和群体、早期预防、开发新药、个体化治疗、促进精准医疗奠定基础。
