Abstract

Objectives: The present study aimed to compare the quality of life of elderly menopause living in urban/rural areas of Abadeh, Iran.

目的:本研究旨在比较生活在伊朗Abadeh城市/农村地区的老年更年期患者的生活质量。方法:采用两阶段(系统随机分类)和客观抽样的方法,对312名城市老年人口和68名农村老年人口进行描述性和横断面研究。采用leden - padua问卷对老年人绝经期生活质量进行评估。采用SPSS软件(第21版)和描述性分析检验进行数据分析。结果:结果显示,农村和城市地区的总体生活质量分别为37.5分和34.2分,两者之间无统计学差异。城乡老年绝经期患者抑郁焦虑、认知功能、社会功能、生活满意度、性活动平均得分差异有统计学意义(P < 0.001)。结论:应重视老年绝经期患者的生活质量,并考虑适当的赋权和应对技能培训计划。
