A secondary aim was to compare how well each format was perceived to produce common benefits of yoga practice. <b><i>Materials and Methods:</i></b> A cross-sectional online survey of Australian participants. <b><i>Results:</i></b> In-person yoga scored highest for providing mental health/mood benefits, physical satisfaction, and feeling energized. Abstract
