Abstract
The authors report a rare complication regarding the case of an 18-year-old female with bilateral osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) secondary to the treatment and hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) of an acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
