Cronbach's alpha for all, but not for discrimination area, as well as ICC for all questions except for 23 and 6, were higher than 0.7. The variables such as periodic check-up, number of friends, entertainment outside the home, parental separation, physical activity, unmet needs score, caregiver's mental health status, and available facilities were the predictors of QOL.
