We present the case of a 7-year-old girl who initially presented with fever, maculopapular rash, and unilateral lymphadenopathy, who went on to develop hemophagocytosis secondary to DRESS caused by prolonged combination treatment with amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole.
