Abstract
Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) is a pharmacoresistant epileptic encephalopathy. Herein reported is a case of LGS that combination therapy with levetiracetam, lamotrigine and valproate culminated in control of all seizure types and resolution of epileptic discharges in electroencephalography.
