Leveraging \"inside/outside\" expertise and individuals with advanced training in creative problem solving, nurse leaders are empowered to adopt a beginner's mindset and openly explore the challenge. Leading with empathy and engaging with authenticity allows for a deeper understanding of the problem. Abstract
Disrespect and burnout are long-standing systemic issues causing nurses to leave the profession at an alarming rate.
