YOGA also reported less stress and anxiety and more positive affect (ps < 0.01); dietary temptations and cravings did not differ from CON.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Yoga resulted in fewer dietary lapses and improved affect among women with overweight/obesity following weight loss.
