Abstract

Background: To investigate the efficacy and safety of singleand double-volume exchange transfusion for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (HB) and compare their effects on the internal environment of newborns.

背景:探讨单、双容量换血治疗新生儿高胆红素血症(HB)的疗效和安全性,并比较其对新生儿内环境的影响。方法:对2016年1月至2021年10月我院收治的96例HB新生儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。然后,按单位体重交换量将新生儿分为单容量组(80~110 mL/kg,n=48)和双容量组(150~180 mL/kg,n=48)。血液学指标血清总胆红素(TSB)、外周血红细胞(RBC)计数、白细胞(WBC)计数、血小板(PLT)计数、血清白蛋白(ALB),比较两组新生儿治疗前后凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及内环境指标(血气、血糖、酸碱和电解质水平)的变化。此外,还记录了两组新生儿的换血不良反应。
