Abstract
Background Orthostatic tremor (OT) is a rare symmetric tremor disorder occasionally observed in association with other movement disorders. Case report We report the presence of a fast OT in a case of Parkinson’s disease (PD), and provide a comprehensive review of the literature. Discussion A fast OT presenting as unsteadiness may be a presenting symptom of PD.
