Abstract
ABSTRACT Dr. Roxane Keliʻikipikāneokolohaka is one of a handful of Hawaiian cultural practitioners who, through their Native Hawaiian organization Kiaʻi Kanaloa, advocate and care for distressed and stranded cetaceans.
