Una propuesta para lograr la acreditación en enfermería

Abstract

La evaluacion es una actividad que todas las personas realizan constantemente para juzgar si algo esta adecuado o inadecuado, satisfactorio o insatisfactorio, bueno o malo. Esta puede convertirse en un componente natural de la formacion e interaccion del grupo, un ejercicio indispensable que permite a una organizacion conocerse continuamente y actuar de una manera informada. Para enfermeria este aspecto del proceso administrativo es aplicable y vital para mejorar y mostrar el alcance que tienen o pueden alcanzar los servicios de enfermeria. El presente articulo retorna elementos teoricos y practicos existentes en el medio sobre la evaluacion y plantea finalmente los aspectos claves en los cuales enfermeria debe enfatizar para lograr la acreditacion. This can become a natural component of the formation and interaction of the group, an indispensable exercise that allows an organization to know itself continuously and to act of an informed way. For east infirmary aspect of the administrative process is applicable and vital to improve and to show the reach that they have or they can reach the services of infirmary. The present I articulate it retakes existing teoricos and practicos elements in means on the evaluation and finally raises the key aspects in which infirmary must emphasize to obtain the accreditation.
