However, the proportion of obese or myopic children in schools at all levels is still high, and the problem of low physical fitness of Chinese students is still serious. The purpose of this study was to review previous studies to explore the effects of high intensity interval training on children’s health and physical fitness. We reviewed relevant literature both in Chinese and English, sorted out and summarized the research results. We found that high intensity interval training has a positive impact on children’s health and physical fitness, can significantly improve children’s muscle strength and cardiopulmonary endurance, and can effectively reduce fat mass in overweight and obese children. Meanwhile, the high intensity interval training has higher training pleasure. Therefore, high intensity interval training can be used as an effective exercise method for children. It is suggested to handle the relationship scientifically and reasonably among individual differences, training time, and training intensity. 高强度间歇训练对儿童健康和体质的影响
高强度间歇训练对儿童健康的影响是世界各地专家学者关注的焦点。2019年“体育强国”纲要出台后,中国对体育的关注达到了一个高峰。然而,各级学校中肥胖或近视儿童的比例仍然很高,中国学生体质低下的问题仍然严重。本研究的目的是回顾以往的研究,探讨高强度间歇训练对儿童健康和体能的影响。我们查阅了中英文相关文献,对研究成果进行了梳理和总结。我们发现,高强度间歇训练对儿童的健康和身体素质有积极影响,可以显著提高儿童的肌肉力量和心肺耐力,并可以有效减少超重和肥胖儿童的脂肪量。同时,高强度间歇训练具有较高的训练乐趣。因此,高强度间歇训练可以作为一种有效的儿童锻炼方法。建议科学合理地处理个体差异、训练时间和训练强度之间的关系。要重视超重肥胖儿童群体训练工作量,采取循序渐进的原则,逐步提高超重肥胖儿童的能力和健康水平。
