Abstract
When there are destinations with characteristics of an unparalleled singularity such as the city of Monteria in the department of Cordoba Colombia, it is worthwhile to put in value all the primordial resources that exist in it, taking advantage of the boom of the Tars (tourism in areas Rural tourism, agrotourism, ecotourism, cultural and adventure tourism), which has its origins in new trends in demand, destinations away from traditional circuits in the search for new experiences and greater demands on environmental quality. The same can be defined as any tourist activity implanted in the rural environment considered as integral parts of the latter the natural coastal areas. Taking into account that once all the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a destination have been defined, a good tourism supply can be drawn up allowing the actions of the same to produce positive results in the possible if the activity is properly planned.
