The specific features of forest plots as objects of law in general and objects of civil law in particular are highlighted. A comparative analysis of forest and land plots as objects of real estate is given. The problems of economic turnover of forest plots and forest plantations are investigated. Abstract
Forest resources occupy an important place in the development of the economy of the Russian state. At the same time, the forest is a complex ecosystem. This fact required the creation of an effective mechanism for the legal regulation of civil turnover and protection of forest plantations.
