Abstract

The strategic direction and level of competitiveness of tourism businesses and locations are now determined by the impact of smart technology on the industry. The objective of this article is to showcase the concept of "smartness" by analyzing the latest advancements in wellness technology and exploring the development of smart wellness cities.
