Abstract
Cet article examine comment l’Union europeenne (UE) a cherche a faire face a la menace du terrorisme chimique, biologique, radiologique ou nucleaire (CBRN) en utilisant le Multiple Streams Framework de Kingdon. Il demontre que l’UE a considerablement developpe sa reponse a la menace terroriste CBRN, mais de maniere fragmentaire. Politique européenne is a bilingual (French/English) journal, which publishes original articles in thematic or varia issues covering the entire field of European Studies (policy analysis, international relations, political sociology, political theory or political anthropology…).
