The palmaris longus tendon was dissociated and folded, and the extensor tendon was repaired and the extensor tendon insertion was reconstructed by pulling out wire technique. \n \n \nResults \nAll the wounds achieved primary healing after operation. The follow-up time ranged from 3 to 18 months with an average of 6 months. Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of folding palmaris longus tendon and pulling out wire technique in the treatment of old mallet finger. Methods From June 2010 to June 2017, 19 cases (19 fingers) of old mallet fingers with extensor tendon and insertion defects were treated. The palmaris longus tendon was dissociated and folded, and the extensor tendon was repaired and the extensor tendon insertion was reconstructed by pulling out wire technique. Results All the wounds achieved primary healing after operation. The follow-up time ranged from 3 to 18 months with an average of 6 months. According to the Patel evaluation system for mallet finger, the results were rated as excellent in 7 cases, good in 9 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case. Conclusion The method of folding palmaris longus tendon and pulling out wire technique for the treatment of old mallet finger is simple in material, simple in operation, good recovery of finger function and satisfactory in clinical efficacy. 掌长肌腱折叠拉丝法治疗陈旧性槌状指
目的探讨掌长肌腱折叠加牵丝法治疗老年性槌状指的临床疗效。方法2010年6月~ 2017年6月对19例(19指)老年性锤状指伸肌腱及止点缺损进行治疗。解离折叠掌长肌腱,采用拔丝法修复伸肌腱,重建伸肌腱止点。结果所有创面术后均获得初步愈合。随访时间3 ~ 18个月,平均6个月。采用Patel法对锤状指进行评价,结果为优7例,良9例,一般2例,差1例。结论掌长肌腱折叠拉丝法治疗老年性槌状指材料简单,操作简单,手指功能恢复良好,临床疗效满意。关键词:肌腱损伤;治疗效果;移植;锤的手指
