The training program is developed through assimilative integration in which the Satir model is primarily applied together with empowerment counseling and training skills as the supplement techniques. Abstract
ABSTRACT This article remarks on the development of a training program for psychology students based on an integrative counseling model to promote humanistic counseling competencies to cultivate social justice.
