This article focuses on several key studies of the treatment of high-risk smoking multiple myeloma (HR-SMM), newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) and relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), especially the chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy, in order to guide clinical selection of better treatment options. Abstract
The clinical study of multiple myeloma at various stages has been reported at 2019 American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.
