The researchers assume the following there are significant differences in job satisfaction between male and female teachers of Al-Noor University College The researchers used the descriptive approach in a comparative style for its suitability and the nature of the current research The research community included male and female faculty members of Al-Noor University College for the year 2020/2021, who numbered (170) male and female teachers. And the exploratory experiment, which numbered (40) male and female teachers, and thus the proportion of the research sample reached (76.47%) of the total research community. As for the research tool, it was represented by the job satisfaction scale consisting of 25 items The electronic questionnaire was applied to the research sample, after verifying the scientific transactions of the scale of validity, reliability and validity of its application on the current research sample.
