Abstract
ABSTRACT In order to better cope with water environmental problems as part of the whole world’s climate change, much data are needed. As citizens are more concerned about the safety of the water environment, the role of citizen data in promoting the development of hydrology is a subject of attention. Hydrological data based on smartphones are expected to become a key research direction for new breakthroughs in hydrology.
