Abstract

: Aiming at the massive discrete tool position data generated in the computer numerically controlled programming stage, a non-uniform B-spline curve interpolation method based on curvature adaptive select-ing feature point is proposed under the condition of satisfying erpolation curve can meet the interpolation accuracy condition. 曲率自适应条件下特征点选择的非均匀B样条曲线插值方法
针对计算机数控编程阶段生成的大量离散刀具位置数据,在满足插值曲线满足插值精度条件的条件下,提出了一种基于曲率自适应选择特征点的非均匀B样条曲线插值方法。实际刀具位置数据的仿真计算结果表明,即使去除了大量的原始刀具位置数据,该方法也能更好地保持原始数据曲线在形状和精度方面的特性,并且具有迭代计算较少、去除数据点较多的优点。该方法对海量离散刀具位置数据的样条计算机数控编程具有较高的应用价值。
