Abstract

Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of humanistic care ability of newly upgraded undergraduate nursing students. Methods A survey of 184 nursing undergraduates was conducted by means of humanistic care ability scale and college students' professional commitment scale. Results The score of humanistic care ability of nursing students was (171.01±12.96)points, which was lower than the domestic norm and positively correlated with professional commitment.As an important influencing factor, professional commitment could explain 16.60% variation in humanistic care ability. Conclusions The newly upgraded undergraduate universities are in a special transition period, and the humanistic care ability of nursing students is generally low. Therefore, the investment in humanistic care education should be increased, the guidance of professional attitude and the improvement of professional commitment should be emphasized, and the improvement of humanistic care ability should be promoted. 目的了解护理本科生人文关怀能力现状及影响因素。方法采用人文关怀能力量表和大学生专业承诺量表对184名护理本科生进行调查。结果护生人文关怀能力得分为(171.01±12.96)分,低于国内常模,与专业承诺呈正相关。专业承诺作为一个重要的影响因素,可以解释16.60%的人文关怀能力差异。结论新升格本科院校正处于特殊的转型期,护生人文关怀能力普遍较低。因此,应加大对人文关怀教育的投入,强调职业态度的引导和职业承诺的提高,促进人文关怀能力的提高。关键词:护理本科生;人文关怀能力
