Abstract
Summary The concept of telecommunications secret, defined in the Telecommunications Act, has been in use in Polish law for several years. In connection with the entry into force of the European Electronic Communications Code, a draft Act on Electronic Communications was prepared, which includes provisions on the secrecy of electronic communications.
