The initial assessment revealed the presence of respiratory rales in both lung fields without abnormal sign on heart auscultation. Patient had severe hypoxemia (SaO2 86%). His body temperature was 39.0°C. A chest X-ray revealed diffuse haziness dominant in his right lung field. Chest computed tomography revealed ground glass opacity.
