A Chinese \n policy called “the Double Reduction” provides an opportunity for the implementation of PE homework. There are abundant studies about \n homework in subjects like English, Math, Science, etc., but relatively few studies have been devoted specifically to PE homework. \n The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the value and dilemma of PE homework, with the goal of identifying the major \n contributions to the research knowledge base. We followed three parts to conduct the review: a) literature was searched using \n the following keywords: “PE homework”, OR “active homework”, AND “the value and dilemma”, AND/OR “homework in physical education” \n or “activity-based homework”; b) A document analysis was conducted regarding the Chinese policy related to homework in PE, \n including homework’s guidelines, composition system, and cultivation path, etc.; c) A total of 34 highly relevant articles \n were selected. The main value and dilemma of PE homework were summarized as follows: a) The PE homework appears to be an \n effective way of promoting policy implementation and renewal, providing a well-rounded approach to help students achieve \n educational goal, improving youth physical & mental health, and increasing communications with family members. b) The current \n PE homework has failed to realize the foregoing values due to some difficulties, including the lack of family exercise \n atmosphere, the absence of community organizations, and the huge amount of negative news in social media. c) Only three \n studies provided coping strategies to deal with the dilemma from a Social System Theory perspective, such as strengthening \n institutional construction, building a multivariate framework, shaping the paradigm, integrating online platform, and developing an assessment system. Most studies focused on the micro level about “the value and dilemma of homework implementation” without consideration of the other key factors from macro level. 体育作业已成为教育改革运动的核心策略(Novak & Lynott, 2015)。中国的“双减负”政策为体育作业的实施提供了契机。关于英语、数学、科学等学科家庭作业的研究很多,但专门针对体育作业的研究相对较少。本研究的主要目的是分析体育作业的价值和困境,目的是找出对研究知识库的主要贡献。我们按照三个部分进行综述:a)使用以下关键词检索文献:“体育家庭作业”,或“主动家庭作业”,与“价值与困境”,与/或“体育家庭作业”或“活动家庭作业”;b)对中国体育作业相关政策进行文献分析,包括体育作业的指导方针、作文制度、培养路径等;c)共选择34篇高度相关的文章。体育作业的主要价值和困境总结如下:a)体育作业是促进政策实施和更新的有效途径,为帮助学生实现教育目标,改善青少年身心健康,增加与家庭成员的沟通提供了全面的途径。b)目前的体育作业由于缺乏家庭锻炼氛围、缺乏社区组织、社交媒体上大量的负面新闻等困难,未能实现上述价值。c)只有三项研究从社会系统理论的角度提出了应对困境的策略,如加强制度建设、构建多元框架、塑造范式、整合在线平台、制定评估体系。大多数研究都集中在“作业实施的价值与困境”的微观层面,而没有从宏观层面考虑其他关键因素。在文献综述的基础上,本文提出了一个全面的体育作业理论模型,为未来的研究工作提供指导,并促进指导方针的实施。
