Abstract

不同成熟时间发酵肉仔鸡窝产物化学成分及体外消化率的研究
本试验旨在研究鸡窝发酵时间对化学成分和体外消化率的影响。本研究采用完全随机设计,4个处理,4个重复。处理T0 =不发酵;T1 =鸡窝发酵3周;T2 =鸡窝发酵6周;T3 =鸡窝发酵9周。观察发酵鸡窝料的化学成分含量和消化率。不同发酵时间对发酵鸡窝中水分、脂肪、BETN和TDN含量有影响,但对灰分和纤维含量无影响。不同发酵时间对鸡窝干物质、蛋白质、纤维部分消化率(ADF、NDF、半纤维素)有影响,对鸡窝有机物消化率、VFA浓度、NH3浓度和总蛋白质产量无影响。综合考虑干物质、ADF、NDF半纤维素消化率和VFA浓度,建议鸡窝发酵成熟时间为6周。
