It is extremely unusual to get a metastatic carcinoma within an intravascular lobular capillary haemangioma (IVLCH). To our knowledge, there are no reported cases of intravenous lobular capillary haemangioma harbouring a metastatic carcinoma. Abstract
Intravenous location of lobular capillary haemangioma/ pyogenic granuloma is rare with less than 50 cases reported. It is extremely unusual to get a metastatic carcinoma within an intravascular lobular capillary haemangioma (IVLCH). To our knowledge, there are no reported cases of intravenous lobular capillary haemangioma harbouring a metastatic carcinoma.
