Abstract
The aetiology of hematuria from upper urinary tract is sophisticated including benign and malignant lesions. With comprehensive utilization and improvement of flexible ureteroscopy(fURS), especially innovation and elaboration of digital fURS with auxillary armaments, it may present qualitative as well as localized evidence for etiological diagnosis of hematuria from upper urinary tract. Based on the precise decision of individual strategy, flexible ureteroscopic laser ablation gradually turns to be a direction and trend of option in selected cases based.
