Abstract

In the present article there is analyzedthe graphic work of versatile artist Andres Nagel during the seventies. We observe how in its engravings, as it happens in the rest of its artistic production, transgressor and innovator produces a constant search to him self across different materials, skills and styles that demonstrate its spirit. Its beginnings are analyzed in practice of the engraving, as well as the workshops to which it resorts to learn in the diverse skills that it applies with big tidiness. It ispossible to end up by affirming that its engravings are a faithful example of its versatility and the reflex of its vital force and marked experimental character.
