Pandemic Covid 19 not only testthe fortress defenses health and economy ofIndonesia, butthe impact also to all fields , including thearts and culture . Policy restrictionson social and physical are very impacting for the artists and workers ofart . This study aimsto determine influence Adaptability , Creativity and Innovation on Ability Survive the employers our ofart and culture .Research is a research explanatory with approach quantitative thatis designed to obtain evidence of the empirical , test and analyse the variables Ability Adaptation, Creativity and Innovation and Ability Survive . Data research obtained by spreading questionnaires to the employers tour of art and culture .
