And if they are not resolved, which is sometimes the case, that may hurt the fabric of society, on human rightsrelated issues, and on the coherence and consistency of the law itself. Yet this thoughtful book is an excellent and always necessary reminder about the proper limits of the law, especially within the context of issues pertaining to culture and identity, and especially within the Israeli context.
