“一个健康”方法在印度尼西亚米纳哈萨县控制狂犬病的实施
背景和目的:米纳哈萨县是印度尼西亚狂犬病流行的地区之一。因此,本研究旨在探讨“同一个健康”方法在米纳哈沙县狂犬病控制计划中的实施情况及面临的挑战。材料和方法:本定性研究采用半结构化访谈进行,涉及8名受访者,他们是来自五个相关行业的利益相关者。对源和方法进行了三角剖分。结果:结果表明,由于缺乏对“同一个健康”方法的控制和评估,利益相关者之间的合作受到限制。此外,该项目面临挑战,缺乏对地方政府和利益相关者建立多部门合作的倡导。结论:为了在米纳哈萨市的狂犬病控制项目中成功实施“同一个健康”,人类、动物和生态环境的利益相关者需要更好地理解和支持这一理念。利益攸关方之间也需要定期沟通,以制定防治狂犬病的跨学科行动。关键词:控制;明那沙县;同一健康方针;
