Abstract
The aim of this article is to interpret in a heterodox way Nietzsche’s controversial statements in the second essay of Genealogy of morals, more precisely, those that emphatically support the phenomena of human cruelty and violence as pillars of superior culture. By heterodox, I mean here an aesthetic way of dealing with these phenomena, something that is also disseminated in other works.
