Secondly, for improving job satisfaction, it is desirable to strengthen ethical awareness, \nsupport for self-development, and support for emotional labor. Thirdly, it is important to provide appropriate supervision and operate a \nfamily-friendly institution to alleviate job burnout. Abstract

The study purpose is analyzing the relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention and the mediating effect of job satisfaction and job burnout of social workers in senior employment agencies.
